Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value and no additional shipping fees at checkout. Orders ship to addresses within Australia only, including every state and territory.
How long does delivery take?
Handling time is 1–3 business days and transit time is 7–14 business days, so total delivery time is 8–17 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays, and orders placed after 5pm AEST begin processing the next business day. See the Shipping Policy.
How is an order tracked, and what happens if a parcel goes missing?
Every order ships with tracking, and the tracking number is emailed as soon as the order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated or the order has not arrived within the estimated window, email info@lumeporch.com: the team investigates with the carrier and sends a replacement or refund where the parcel is confirmed lost. What is the return period, and what condition must items be in?
Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. There is no restocking fee. See the Return & Refund Policy.
How is a return started, and who pays for return shipping?
Email info@lumeporch.com with the order number and the reason for the return. The team replies within 24 hours on business days with the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case the return is covered by LumePorch.
How and when are refunds issued?
Once the return is received and inspected, the outcome is confirmed by email and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect should be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos, for a replacement or a full refund.
