We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — here's exactly how returns and refunds work at LumePorch.

Return policy overview

  • Return window: 30 days from the day you receive your order
  • Condition: items must be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging, tags and accessories
  • Restocking fee: none — we do not charge any restocking fees
  • Return costs: customer covers return shipping, except for defective, damaged or incorrect items — those are on us

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at info@lumeporch.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back. We recommend a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item — in those cases the return is on us.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lumeporch.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the item you want.

Australian Consumer Law

The benefits under this policy are in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not affected by this policy.
