Before you write
Do you have a trade program?
Yes. Project enquiries are handled individually rather than through a fixed program, so the support and the pricing match the scope of the project.
Can you quote a lighting schedule?
Yes. Send the schedule, the plans or a list of areas and we will return a written lighting quote, with alternatives where a piece is not the right fit.
Is there a minimum order?
No. A single piece for one home and a full schedule across several units are both welcome.
Can you supply pieces that are not on the website?
Often yes, depending on the brief. Send the reference and we will tell you what is possible.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders arrive in 8 to 17 business days Australia-wide. Timing for a project is confirmed in writing before anything is committed.
