Every LumePorch order ships with tracking — here's how to follow yours door to door.
Where's my tracking number?
As soon as your order is dispatched (within 1–3 business days of purchase), we email your tracking number and a tracking link to the address used at checkout. Click the link in that email to see live delivery updates.
Can't find the email?
- Check your spam/junk folder for an email from LumePorch.
- Allow up to 3 business days after ordering — tracking is sent at dispatch.
- Still nothing? Email us at info@lumeporch.com with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
Delivery timeframes
