The Retro Ribbed Disc and Matte Glass Pendant Light is a ceiling pendant with a wide, shallow coloured disc shade edged with a ribbed rim, over a white handblown matte glass globe that lights from below. An E27 bulb, included, sits in the globe, so the light falls softly downwards through the frosted glass while the disc shields it from above.
The disc comes in white, green or orange with a beige top fitting, in 25 cm or 35 cm diameters, sized for a single drop over a small table or a pair over a dining table or kitchen bench.

Installation and Care
Installation
This pendant is hardwired to the ceiling. In Australia, hardwired light fittings must be installed by a licensed electrician. The manufacturer's diagrams show an adjustable cord of about 150 cm, so the drop can be set during installation. For a row over a bench, mark the positions before drilling and space the pendants evenly.
Care
Switch the power off and let the bulb cool before cleaning. Wipe the disc and the fitting with a soft, dry cloth. Clean the matte glass with a barely damp microfibre cloth and dry it straight away. Avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents, which can mark the painted finish.
